This webcast will discuss the necessity of having a presence on the web in order to attract potential clients, and offer tips on creating a quick and easy web site that complies with State Bar Advertising Rules.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE LIVE WEBCAST
Webcast registration is only available online and by using a credit card. Go to TexasBarCLE.com and click on the Seminars tab and then select ‘Live Webcast’. Registrations by mail, fax, or phone will not be accepted.
We encourage early registrations to give you time to verify that your system is webcast-ready. Our technical support lines are usually extremely busy on the day of a webcast, so be please register and test your system a few days ahead of the webcast date.
LIVE WEBCAST INSTRUCTIONS
When you register for a webcast, a link appears at the top, middle of the TexasBarCLE.com home page under 'Your Live Webcast Events'. (You must be logged in to see the link.) Click on 'Get More Info' to see general information about any webcast listed.
Beginning 7 days before each webcast, an additional link will appear. This link, 'Test Your System', will direct you to a sample webcast page where you can test your system by viewing a short demo video clip.
We highly recommend that you test your computer system by clicking on the brief demonstration video clip sometime in the days preceding the actual webcast.
We also encourage you to use your 'Test Your System' link the week of the webcast to download, print (if you wish), & review the written materials prior to the webcast.
Online versions of the course material are included in your Webcast registration fee and will be available as PDFs for viewing, downloading or printing during and after the Webcast.
On the morning of the webcast, the 'Test Your System' link on the home page will change to 'Join Webcast'. Once you see the 'Join Webcast' link, you may click it to go to the live webcast seminar page.

CLAIMING MCLE CREDIT
The Webcast's MCLE number will be provided to you online at the conclusion of your viewing, along with instructions on how to claim your participatory MCLE credit online.
REPLAYING THE WEBCAST ON YOUR COMPUTER
About a week after the Webcast, the program will be archived at TexasBarCLE.com. To access the archived webcast, click on 'Your CLE Purchases' on the homepage. All Webcast registrants will have 9 to 12 months to finish viewing or reviewing this program online. They may also download supplemental course materials, if any, that were added after the original date of the Webcast.
