Purpose: To concern itself with:
- Programs, publications and other activities conducive to the efficient, ethical management of the delivery of legal services.
- The delivery at reasonable prices, with sufficient return to insure the viability of the professional; and
- Increasing the management knowledge and skills of the members of the Bar.
