What Is the TexasBarBooks Navigational Toolbar?

The Windows automatic-installation file for each digital download that includes the toolbar, when run on a Windows computer, should automatically install the toolbar for the latest version of Word on that computer that is compatible with the toolbar.
The stand-alone toolbar automatic-installation file (available packaged inside a ZIP file via this link) should install the toolbar in the same fashion, but without installing any digital downloads.
